  Log into your Erewhon account or visit our support portal to initiate a return request with your order number and digital receipt.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items for return; for local returns, you may bring the products directly to any of our physical market locations.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or applied as store credit within 5-7 business days.
